RACHEL RICHARDS
By combining her 12 years of experience in the events industry with a lifetime of loving celebrations of all kinds, Rachel Richards has made a name for herself as a premier event producer and designer. As owner of STEP Group Events she has produced some of Omaha’s most unique private and branded events.
VIC RICHARDS
Leader. Innovator. Community driven. Mentor. Vic has built a legacy of trust, vigorous work ethic and going above and beyond the normal call of duty, which has led to his success in business and the community. His reputation stands proudly on his over 20 years in broadcast television and community involvement as he prided himself on giving back to those in need. He has served on countless community projects and also served on a variety of boards including American Cancer Society, Nebraska AIDS Project, Omaha Children’s Hospital Community Group and many other worthwhile causes.
Vic is a proven business leader, brand enhancer, mentor and community steward. Those who know him best would argue his most impressive quality is his devotion to his extensive family and friends. Vic’s role is Partner & General Manager.
